What size dance floor do I need for my event? Here's a simple guide based on number of guests:

• Up to 50 guests → 12x12 dance floor (144 sq ft)

• 50–100 guests → 16x16 dance floor (256 sq ft)

• 100–150 guests → 20x20 dance floor (400 sq ft)

• 150–200 guests → 20x24 or larger

Keep in mind not all guests dance at once — typically 30–50% of guests are on the floor at peak times. When in doubt, size up — a larger dance floor always looks better than a crowded one.

Do you install the dance floor or do I set it up myself? We handle full installation and breakdown of all dance floors. Our team delivers, assembles the floor panels, ensures everything is level and safe, and returns after your event to break it all down. No setup required on your end.

Can you install a dance floor on grass or uneven surfaces?Yes, we can install the dance floor on grass with subflooring. However, the final appearance will depend on how level the grass surface is. Even with subflooring, a dance floor installed on grass may not look as smooth and professional as one installed on a solid surface such as concrete or pavement.

Please keep in mind that uneven ground or variations in the grass can create visible high and low spots, which may result in slight unevenness across the dance floor. While the subfloor helps improve stability and appearance, it cannot completely eliminate all imperfections caused by the underlying terrain.

Can I customize my dance floor with my name or monogram? Yes! Our custom vinyl dance floor wraps are one of our most popular services. We can print any design, name, monogram, pattern or logo directly onto a vinyl wrap that lays over your dance floor. It's a stunning personalized touch for weddings and quinceañeras.

How far in advance do I need to book a dance floor rental? We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. Custom vinyl wraps require additional design lead time — ideally 3–4 weeks before your event date to allow for design approval and production.
