RESPONSIBILITY OF USE & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You are responsible for the use of the rented items. You assume all risks inherent to the operation and use of the rented items, and agree to assume the entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnity and hold Unik Lounge Furniture & Party Rentals harmless from and hereby release Unik Lounge Furniture & Party Rentals from, and all claims for damage to property or bodily injured (including death) resulting from the use, operation or possession of the items, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or part from Unik Lounge Furniture & Party Rental’s negligence, from the defective condition of the items, or any other cause. You agree that no warranty expresses or implied, including merchantability or tness for a particular purpose have been made in connection with the equipment rented.

The renter is responsible for safeguarding and properly caring for the equipment rented and can be charged up to the full replacement cost for any item that is damage, lost or stolen.

The renter is obligated to return all equipment no later than the stated due date. Late fees will apply.

Damage Fees (Upholstery)

In case of any damage to the upholstery, Unik Lounge Furniture & Party Rentals will determine sever- ity of damages and associated fees. Damages include: broken furniture, scratches in the upholstery, rip and/or tears, holes in the fabric, burns, missing parts.
